AspinallVerdi makes three new recruits

Continued success with winning new and repeat business has led AspinallVerdi to grow its team…

Matthew Scott has joined as a Consultant in the London office from Peter Brett Associates (PBA). He has worked with both private and public sector clients and has experience of working on a number of Economic Viability Appraisals and employment land studies. Matthew has a background in planning, having graduated from the City Planning and Regeneration MSc course at the University of Glasgow. His skills in research, market analysis, development appraisals and report writing will provide support for an ever-expanding workload across the South.

Matthew Wroe has also joined as Property Research Analyst. Matthew has specialist skills in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and research. His skills will enable AspinallVerdi to present their market research visually through high quality mapping outputs. Alongside his GIS mapping capabilities, he will provide invaluable property market research support for the business. Matthew is a Geography Graduate and has extensive previous experience of GIS, most notably working with Network Rail to map the entire UK Rail Network.

Deborah Hickinson has joined as Office Manager. She has worked for both the Public and Private Sectors, which has given her a wealth of experience in all aspects of administration. She will provide invaluable administrative support for the team.

These new recruits will enable the business to grow further and faster, with their skills and expertise assisting to meet AspinallVerdi’s client requirements.
