AspinallVerdi is pleased to announce two promotions in their London office.  Stuart Cook has been promoted to Director and Matthew Scott has been promoted to Senior Consultant.

Stuart is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Value. Stuart joined AspinallVerdi 15 months ago and has helped grow the firm’s London office. Stuart provides property market, viability, valuation and delivery advice. Stuart’s clients include London Borough of Sutton, Babergh & Mid-Suffolk Councils, Swindon Borough Council and London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Matthew Scott joined AspinallVerdi 12 months ago, and is currently providing feasibility advice to Central Bedfordshire Council on the regeneration around Flitwick Station and market advice to inform Basingstoke and Deane’s Employment Land Review.
