North East Derbyshire District Council has appointed AspinallVerdi to assist with an update of their Employment Land Review. This will involve the assessment of over 30 sites for their quality, suitability and viability as employment sites.

AspinallVerdi will inform and advise the council upon the suitability of the District’s employment sites in the current market context. Sites will be assessed using a wide range of indicators of site characteristics and viability. The update will review both existing employment allocations as well as potential new sites for inclusion within the Local Plan.

The work will contribute towards completion of a sound, robust and up-to-date technical evidence base that will inform Local Plan employment land provision and policies.
