Bolsover District Council has appointed AspinallVerdi, alongside Tibbalds and CampbellReith, via the HCA Multidisciplinary Panel to assist in realising the potential of Council owned land to deliver new housing in the District. Many of the sites are former garage courts and depots which are no longer required.

The team will undertake feasibility and viability assessments at identified sites to establish the nature of development that can take place. The role includes advice on the mix of housing to be secured as well as delivery options, including sale and use of the Housing Revenue Account to fund direct development.

The commission will be a partnership intended to run over a four year period. The team are already working on the first tranche of sites.
