After a detailed procurement process, AspinallVerdi (lead consultants) and Colliers International are pleased to announce that they have been appointed by Transport for London (TfL) onto their Property Consultancy & Development Framework.  ‘We are extremely pleased to have been appointed onto the property panel and are looking forward to working with TfL to help them deliver exciting development/regeneration schemes across their portfolio on a London wide basis’ said Parm Dosanjh, Regional Director at AspinallVerdi.

The AspinallVerdi team has been appointed on to the development consultancy lots for residential and retail schemes.  We will provide development  advice  in  relation  to  TfL’s  portfolio  of  property  assets  (which  are classified  as  being  either  integral,  adjacent,  or  remote  to  its  operational  activities) including;

•  Marketing and disposal strategy advice;
• Assessment of all development options including JV opportunities;
• Valuation advice for development purposes; and
• Negotiation  and  advice  in  relation  to  transactions  through  to  completion.

The period of the Framework Agreement is from 23 February 2015 to 22 February 2018.  Parm Dosanjh is the Client Director for this instruction.
