Following continued growth of the business AspinallVerdi’s London office has moved to bigger premises at Hatton Garden.

Following the move to Farringdon three years ago AspinallVerdi’s London office has built a strong base of private and public sector clients. The London office services a number of London Boroughs such as; Sutton, Lewisham, Lambeth, Newham and Tower Hamlets as well as clients in the wider South East market such as Luton 2020 Developments and Fareham Council.

The London office is involved in large variety of work that includes; masterplanning, plan viability, employment land reviews, options appraisals and site specific viability assessments for Section 106 purposes and strategic site promotion.
