AspinallVerdi are delighted to announce that Andy Delaney has joined the team as Director to head our new Liverpool office.  Andy has extensive experience across the North West and North Wales and will enable the firm to advise both existing and new public sector, developer and land owning clients.

Andy joins from Colliers International, where he established and lead their Liverpool Office, specialising in regeneration, development consultancy and strategic development land. Andy’s highly regarded skills include sale and acquisition of development land; development funding; and town centre masterplanning and regeneration. 

Andy’s appointment continues the investment and growth of the business which have included the appointments of Jennifer Pawson as Business Manager in Leeds and Edward Tyler as Consultant in London. The firm has a national profile advising Homes England, Local Authorities, Combined Authorities/LEPs and developers to enable delivery of development.
