We are delighted to announce Jessica Mistry, Consultant at AspinallVerdi, graduated this week from The University of Salford with a Distinction in MSc Real Estate & Property Management. We are delighted with this achievement, and with the dedication Jessica has showed to both her studies and her commitment to the firm. 

During her two years of study, Jessica has been involved in a number of projects including; site specific economic viability assessments, feasibility Studies, master planning and regeneration, valuation and local plan viability testing. Jessica was an integral member of the team for the assessment of Garden Communities on behalf of Homes England.
