AspinallVerdi is advising on whether the applicant’s development assumptions are reasonable. We have reviewed build costs and sale values and have been testing development densities and land take with the applicant. Our assessment has involved benchmarking costs and values against recognized published data and comparable schemes.
Outcome
AspinallVerdi is working with Babergh District Council and the applicant viability assumptions and scheme proposals to ensure policy contributions are maximised without impacting scheme delivery.
