Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with LDA Design, AspinallVerdi undertook a property market assessment to inform the potential development options and viability of the town centre masterplan. 

Services Provided

AspinallVerdi undertook a property market assessment that considered the residential, retail (comparison and convenience), office, food & beverage (F&B) and leisure markets. The market report assessed market trends, rents, yields, capital values and occupier requirements. Also, AspinallVerdi undertook development appraisals to assess the viability of the masterplan options. 

Outputs

AspinallVerdi provided a market report setting the most appropriate town centre uses (in market terms) which was used to support the masterplan vision. Because viability was challenging in Lowestoft, due to low-end values, the development appraisals assessed the level of gap funding that would be required to bring the masterplan forward.
