Background
AspinallVerdi was on the Yorkshire Forward RDA Property Panel and through this was retained by the ‘spin-out’ company CO2 Sense to acquire arms-length offices.
Scope
AspinallVerdi helped CO2 Sense to define their office requirements. We conducted a long and short listing exercise of available office accommodation in Leeds City Centre.
We negotiated the heads of terms for a 6,200 sqft letting of the ground floor East and South Wings of Marshall Mills – itself a flagship regeneration project by Igloo Regeneration.
We negotiated a 10 year lease with a 5 year break and extensive rent free periods at the start and in year 6.
We worked closely with the Landlords agent and both firms of solicitors to conclude the agreement in a short timescale in order to enable entry for the Tenant to fit-out the accommodation within their tight programme.
