Parm Dosanjh
Parm has over 18 years experience in planning and development with a proven track record of advising on high profile regeneration projects. He is a Chartered Surveyor as well as a Chartered Town Planner with a degree in Town & Country Planning from University College London and a Masters in Land Management from the University of Reading.
Parm is head of AspinallVerdi's southern business and is based in the London office.
Parm has a broad range of professional experience across the planning, development and regeneration sector. He has extensive experience of undertaking property market reviews, options and viability studies as well advising on delivery models to help bring forward sites for development or to inform planning policy documents (e.g. AAPs, Development Frameworks, Masterplans, Employment Land Reviews and CIL Viability Studies).
Parm has extensive experience of undertaking financial viability assessments to assist affordable housing negotiations, land disposals and acquisitions. He has acted on behalf of the public and private sector clients, including managing a number of panel appointments.
Parm's experience includes advising on the proposed development of a number of Council owned assets around Winchester Railway Station; providing market and viability advice to Luton Town FC on the proposed development of its new stadium; viability advice and undertaking negotiations on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council for the proposed redevelopment of a Council owned site in Flitwick town centre; negotiating and preparing a Best Consideration report on behalf of Sandwell MBC to support the disposal of Council land required to bring forward a wider regeneration scheme.
