AspinallVerdi provides pragmatic, robust advice and deliverable solutions to the most difficult of regeneration, development and planning challenges.

Our practice is focused in the housing and regeneration sector and we have the skills, resources, knowledge and a network of contacts which enables us to add value to our clients’ projects.

We pride ourselves on providing professional evidenced based advice to clients. We also appreciate the importance of effective, targeted communication with clients and stakeholders. We embrace new digital media technology, but also recognise the role of the written and spoken word in achieving objectives.

Our Team

AspinallVerdi – Property Regeneration Consultants is an award-winning specialist practice of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners, having won the RICS UK Outstanding Contribution to Surveying Award.

Our senior team are experienced Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Town Planners. Our team has worked at major international real estate practices; or client side for house-builders, developers and/or Local Authorities.

Our commitment and the professional relationship that we form with our clients is paramount. We have the ability to work from the earliest concept forming stages of research and strategy through to start-on-site. Working with both public and private sector clients provides us with a detailed understanding of each sector’s decision-making principles and we can act as a vital link in forming partnerships.

Specifically these were a viability focused Masterplan on a large Town Centre regeneration site and the completion of a HM Treasury Green Book Compliant business case, for the Future High Street Streets Fund.
