AspinallVerdi is on various public sector frameworks for ease of procurement. These frameworks can be used by any public sector organisation to procure any of the services needed to deliver development, from concept stage through to start-on-site.

How to Procure Us

AspinallVerdi is appointed to the Homes England Property Professional Services Framework.  This is the Framework Appointment of Consultants Relating to Property and Financial Professional Services Framework (2022 – 2026) Lot 1.

The Homes England Framework provides councils and other public bodies with European procurement compliant access to a broader range of technical and design services to help with the delivery of new homes, while helping public bodies to dispose of their land more quickly.

Lot 1: Property Professional and Technical Services – Is for suppliers to provide the full range of property services including but not limited to: supporting acquisition and disposal activity; estate management services; investment, appraisal and compliance services; property/asset valuation services; project management services and general professional advice and support.

The Framework can be used to commission property related services including:

AspinallVerdi leads on the Property advisory services; Land and property agency services; Valuation services; Development structures and partnering with a comprehensive supply chain of sub-contractors.

The Property Framework commenced on 17 June 2022 (Ref: DN562720 / FTS ref: 2022/S 000-001716).

Crown Commercial Service (CCS)
Estate Management Services Framework

We are a key partner in the Eddisons supply chain for the Government’s £0.5bn Crown Commercial Service (CCS) estate management services framework.

The national procurement framework enables government bodies and other public sector organisations to call on the services of suppliers who have gone through the rigorous selection procedure.

  • Lot 1 – Total Estate Management
  • Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management
  • Lot 3 – Agency & Lease Management
  • Lot 4 – Surveying & Strategic Advice

The CCS framework commenced on 22 July 2021 (Agreement ID RM6168).

ESPO Estate Management Professional Services Framework

This framework offers a range of estate management professional services relating to the use, management, acquisition, disposal and development of land and property. The Framework period is 29 March 2022 – 28 March 2024, with an extension to 20 April 2026.

Since the range of requirements which will arise from potential Customers is very wide, it is anticipated that Customers will fully detail their specifications within a Further Competition or to the Service Provider(s) they are looking to call-off from.
