Associate Director
Daniel has experience of a range of strategic site commissions including land assembly, managing planning applications and promotion and financial modelling. He has a strong interest in regeneration and the built environment and has a thorough understanding of development finance and planning policy.
Daniel has 15 years experience of working in development and is adept at creating and implementing strategies to maximise value for a wide variety of stakeholders.
Daniel has regularly attended Examination in Public, submitted and managed planning applications as well as preparing business cases, sought public funding and worked on the sale and acquisition of development land.
Daniel has a wide range of experience across the residential and commercial sectors with projects including large scale logistics, garden villages, site finding, Local Plan promotion, financial viability appraisal, local plan evidence base and working with a range of housing providers.
Daniel currently sits on the Bradford Property Forum Steering group, the West and North Yorkshire Planning and housing Forum and has given guest lectures at Leeds Beckett University on the Planning Application Process, Financial Viability in Planning and Local Plan promotion.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys spending time with his young daughter and partner. Otherwise, he will be taking part in fell running, climbing and cycling adventures in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District.
