Who Are AspinallVerdi?

We are a specialist practice of Chartered Surveyors and Town Planners, delivering integrated property development, regeneration, and town planning consultancy services. Our work spans regional and national clients across both public and private sectors, offering you the chance to collaborate on projects that shape the future of urban spaces.

Founded in 2009 by Ben Aspinall and Atam Verdi, the business has continued to grow to a team of around 30 with offices in London, Birmingham, Liverpool,  Leeds and Newcastle and a soon to open office in Manchester. 

With extensive experience in the development and regeneration sector, we are committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. As a graduate joining AspinallVerdi, you'll be part of a company that works on projects from the concept phase all the way through to delivery, acting as a vital link between public and private partners, helping to deliver positive change.

Vacancies

CURRENT VACANCIES

2024

We currently have vacancies in our northern offices for 2 or 3 graduates.  Applications will be considered for any of the Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle offices.  Start dates can be flexible either late in 2024 or early 2025.

2025

For graduates completing their degrees in 2025 and looking to start work in September 2025, we have the following vacancies;

• London: 2
• Birmingham: 1
• Newcastle:1

And at least 3 positions across Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for like minded people who share our values and passion for all things development and regeneration. 

You’ll enjoy working as part of a team but will be able to work alone when needed.  You’ll have, or will be working towards an RICS accredited degree and will be aiming to pass your APC and become a Chartered Surveyor.

2. Successful candidates will be invited to an interview.  If demand is high, this may initially be by phone following which you may be invited to an in person interview.
3. As part of the interview the interview, you'll complete an assessment to demonstrate your skills and enthusiasm.
4. We will inform all candidates of the outcome in February.
